   Check if the device is turned on (adapter is in server room)  &amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;

   If yes, Check the LAN cable of the device. (Router is in HR cabin) &amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   Try to disconnect the LAN cable and reconnect it on another port maybe. &amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   Try to access the control panel now. &amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   If it's still not getting connected, restart the device from server room. &amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;

2. Device getting rebooted frequently or getting rebooted while reading a card.  &amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   Replace the adapter in server room.  &amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   If this doesn't fix the issue, look into device service center availability.  &amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
