1. For ubuntu users, login to system as root.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
2. Open a terminal&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
3. use the following commands&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   adduser johndoe&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   (just need to enter the default values for the asked values)&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   passwd johndoe&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   (provide the password and finish)&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
4. Logout of root user and you'll be able to see the new user in the login page.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
5. Login as new user.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
For windows users, login to system as administrator.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. Open user management from control panel.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
2. Click manage user accounts&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
3. Click advanced button&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
4. Click add user in the window and provide the details&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
5. Check &amp;quot;account never expires&amp;quot;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
6. Uncheck &amp;quot;user need to change password on the next logon&amp;quot;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
7. Click OK&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
8. Logout of admin user and login using new user credentials.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Now create an email for the user&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. Go to origamitechnologies.com cPanel.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
2. Go to Mail&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
3. Create a new mail account&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
4. Login to employees system and configure thunderbird (http://192.168.1.103/mediawikisb/index.php/New_email_in_thunderbird)&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
5. ERP and PMTool logins will be provided from HR and PM respectively. &amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
