This might get crashed occasionally in the systems and this doc describes how to resolve it. &lt;br&gt;<br /> <br /> &lt;b&gt;First,&lt;/b&gt; login to the system as another user and check if the crash is for all users.&lt;br&gt;<br /> <br /> 1. If it is for only one user, this is due to the local files of the particular user and for solving it, &lt;br&gt;<br /> Delete/Rename the folder &quot;Zend&quot; in the user's home directory and re-open the application. That's it.&lt;br&gt;<br /> &lt;br&gt;<br /> 2. If it is for all users, and the error is not pointing to any valuable clues, reinstall the application from the files located in &quot;/data/Dev System Installation Files/Zend studio 9.0.3&quot; in sysadmin's PC.&lt;br&gt;<br /> 3. If the app is crashing and the error log is pointing to any java related errors, please verify if java is installed in the system and if the version is compatible.
