Condition : If status is 1 then its not eligiable for audit, 2 eligiable for audit (after the completion of 6 months, its eligiable for audit)

Solution : To determine the Actual Audit Generate Status consider the minimum rpmu fund date instead of maximum. Update the view procedure with new select query and implement.
