  • Support team member should aware about the whole functioning of Origami
  • Support team member should be appear in office ontime
  • Support team member should behave very calm and pleasable to clients as well as collegues
  • Support team member should follow the dress code of the company
  • Support team member is responsible to give feedbacks of reported issue/bugs to clients
  • Support team member must try to resolve the issues in the same call.
  • Support team member should be a role model to other staffs and society in any manner
  • Support team member should try to improve the quality of support given to clients and company.
  • Support team member is responsible to arrange/cordinate meetings held in the company
  • Support team member is responsible to assingn the issues according to the priority
  • Support team member is responsible for the reminding and updating the major dates of expiry of servers domain amc's etc etc
