Issue
In O & M An issue has been reported regarding the data accuracy in IR Report Division ( http://oandm.connectkwa.com/report/incident) in OandM software.
Jalabhavan branch which does not have any IRs recorded, is showing a high number of IR and No. of Complaint
There are zero IRs under Malappuram project dn but 69268 complaints are being displayed against it , which is same as the no. of complaints under Malappuram Dn which is weird.
Solution
-Selected all divisions except Jalabhavan
-Selected only IRs under that particular division only
