DNS management
Almost all the domains are purchased from domainindia domain registrar and we can make the DNS changes using their portal.
But, It is best to make them do the changes (such as adding A records), since there are some bugs while we perform this ourselves (customer).
Use the chat/ ticket for adding the records or changing them.
Note:
Any critical DNS changes such as changing MX records or changing an A record must be performed at non-peak hours such as in the evenings, so that there is enough time for propagation and can avoid losing important mails at office hours.
The proposed changes must be confirmed with PM before proceeding with it.
