A1 Agreement Activity Completion Status Updation

Issue : Required date is not available in the date picker to update the A1 Agreement completion status

Solution : For A1 Agreement we had set the minimum date as the completion date of A2 Agreement. Just remove or comment the condition in the code to solve the issue.
