Writing and retrieving backups

File backup location: /data/Backups/
Writing
You can write the backup files into DVD in any convenient order according to the available space in a DVD. Just make sure to update the google sheet with proper disk numbers corresponding to each application names.

How to write:
1. Insert the plain DVD into drive.
2. Open the backup location and copy the files which can be contained in a disk (4.7GB max)
3. Open the disk in another tab and paste the files in a convenient order.
4. When the DVD is almost full, right click anywhere inside the dvd window and choose "write to disk".

Retrieving backups
1. Approach accounts department and log the required backup disk number in the register.
2. Get the disk from the archives shelf.
3. Copy the required backup files into system and return the disk to archives shelf and also log in the register.
