Issue in mapping House Hold

A client reported that the house hold couldn't be marked based on the wards As the households were not listed. After careful analysis, the Support Team could find out the feature which was not available for the Client.

Solution:

To press shift+ctrl+delete=Browser page
Clear Browsing data:
Browsing History
Cookies and other site data
Download History
To be unmarked.

Now again open the window in Active HH's. Active HH's are listed.
