The required OS for systems in each departments are:
Developers: Ubuntu (12, 14 as of now)
Testers: Windows (7)
System administration: Ubuntu
Support: Ubuntu

1. For ubuntu users, login to system as root.
2. Open a terminal
3. use the following commands

  adduser johndoe
(just need to enter the default values for the asked values)
passwd johndoe
(provide the password and finish)

4. Logout of root user and you'll be able to see the new user in the login page.
5. Login as new user.

For windows users, login to system as administrator.
1. Open user management from control panel.
2. Click manage user accounts
3. Click advanced button
4. Click add user in the window and provide the details
5. Check "account never expires"
6. Uncheck "user need to change password on the next logon"
7. Click OK
8. Logout of admin user and login using new user credentials.


Now create an email for the user
1. Go to origamitechnologies.com cPanel.
2. Go to Mail
3. Create a new mail account
4. Login to employees system and configure thunderbird (http://192.168.1.103/mediawikisb/index.php/New_email_in_thunderbird)
5. ERP and PMTool logins will be provided from HR and PM respectively.
