Rebooting and restarting services in remote servers

Reboot


Rebooting of servers should be confirmed with PM before proceeding with it.
We can contact their support team and can schedule it for off peak hours to avoid downtime.

Restart services


Critical services such as webserver or sql server should be done after confirmation from PM/Client.
cPanel is available for most of the servers and can be accessed from lastpass. Other servers can be accessed from SSH.
