Zend studio issues

Zend studio 9 is used in the developer systems (Ubuntu 12). This might get crashed occasionally in the systems and this doc describes how to resolve it.

First, login to the system as another user and check if the crash is for all users.

1. If it is for only one user, this is due to the local files of the particular user and for solving it,
Delete/Rename the folder "Zend" in the user's home directory and re-open the application. That's it.

2. If it is for all users, and the error is not pointing to any valuable clues, reinstall the application from the files located in "/data/Dev System Installation Files/Zend studio 9.0.3" in sysadmin's PC.
3. If the app is crashing and the error log is pointing to any java related errors, please verify if java is installed in the system and if the version is compatible. (not common)
